My background in jewelry inspired me to to bridge my past experience with my passion for motion design. To refine my 3D modeling skills, I chose jewelry as my focus because it demands attention to detail. Jewelry felt like the perfect subject - it's all about the details, and honestly, it's just beautiful to look at! Creating these renders gave me the chance to sharpen my skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation while showcasing what I can bring to the table.
Blender | Modeling, texturing, and animation
Adobe Premiere | Video Editing, Post-Processing
I used Blender for modeling, texturing, and animating the jewelry pieces, drawing inspiration from Cartier and one of my favorite modernist designers, Friedrich Becker. To make the pieces feel larger than life, I employed a small focal length, creating an exaggerated and striking perspective. Instead of using PBR textures, I opted for procedural texturing, which provided a clean and polished look that suited the designs. The final animations were created in Blender, and I edited the videos in Premiere Pro.
