Augusto Castillo - 3D & Motion Designer Logo Design and Typography Animation

I worked on a selection of logo and typography animations created for multiple brand video projects. Featured work includes Them Skates, an independently owned rollerblade brand based in Santa Ana California, Vellvit 6, a video production studio based in Chicago, and Unathi, a clothing brand based in Puerto Rico.

Each project was developed using Houdini and After Effects. All modeling texturing lighting and 3D animation were completed in Houdini. Final compositing and post processing were handled in After Effects.

For the animations, I explored different techniques, including simulations to mimic gravity, smooth and dynamic movements for the furniture, and creative camera work to present each piece in an engaging and visually pleasing
